Spiral Blue LatConnects Australians with the latest Earth Observation data

Accessing Earth observation data just got easier. Spiral Blue is delighted to announce that we are partnering with LatConnect 60 to provide Australians with increased satellite tasking capabilities.

LatConnect 60 is the latest satellite provider to join the Spiral Blue team and will be the newest provider on Cobalt - a satellite imagery tasking platform developed by Spiral Blue. Cobalt users will be able to order the latest high resolution satellite imagery at 80cm per pixel.

The competitive advantage of LatConnect 60 imagery is one of the least onerous EULAs in the market. Customers can own all raw, and processed imagery, and duplicate it without additional charges. LatConnect 60 also offers highly competitive pricing, with tiered cost reductions for larger orders. This data has applications in:

  • Climate change management

  • Agriculture

  • Mapping

  • Mining

  • Forestry

  • Maritime, and more

“This is another step towards democratising EO data,” said Spiral Blue CEO, Taofiq Huq, “We're proud to be partnering with a satellite operator that shares our values and vision for this industry.”

To be the first to access LatConnect 60 imagery when it becomes available, get in touch to set up a Cobalt account.
