The successful applicant should:<ul><li>Be enthusiastic about space and Earth observation, ideally having a background in Earth observation</li><li>Have the right to work in Australia, with citizenship in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom or the United States</li><li>Have 3+ years relevant experience, preferably in early stage B2B startups</li><li>Have excellent technical, organisational, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Be comfortable presenting to large audiences and C-suite customers</li></ul>We are seeking an applicant who can start at a flexible time.

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the business development approach at Spiral Blue.&nbsp; This is an amazing opportunity to get in early at a promising company and make a meaningful contribution. &nbsp;The successful applicant will be key in helping Spiral Blue develop into a self-sustaining business. This will include:<ul><li>Writing business and grant proposals</li><li>Responding to relevant State, Federal and International Requests for Tender</li><li>Developing visual content for presentations</li><li>Building and growing relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders</li><li>Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our offerings and their value propositions</li><li>Following space industry trends locally and internationally</li><li>Representing the company at conferences and events (interstate and international travel may be required)</li></ul>We are open to adopting new business development tools preferred by the successful applicant. Work hours are flexible, and work from home arrangements may be made.
